ABOUT ART THERAPY... In art therapy, clients create art during the theraputic process. Clients may choose to paint, draw, use clay, pastels, collage and many other art materials to express feelings, thoughts and experiences often difficult to convey with words alone.                       One need not be an artist to benefit from art therapy, as the emphasis is on authentic expression, rather than artistic skill.

Art therapy offers clients an opportunity to:
